To complete the form:
1. Type your 4-digit club number where indicated,
click on the "Get players" button and wait until the player details appear on the
screen.
2. Click the box next to each member to be cancelled. The cancelled players will appear on
the left side of the screen as you click on their record, immediately below
this text.
3. When finished, check the list hereunder carefully before filling in your Name and
Email Address in the boxes provided.
4. Finally, click on the Submit button. That will automatically create
and forward a small text file of the players you have cancelled to the Masterpoint Centre, with a copy to the email
address you entered in the email box.
