Date of Birth (at least the date and month) MUST be included for all New Players, Activations and Transfers and full addresses must accompany all New Players. In addition, you should also include addresses for Activations and Transfers for players with addresses that differ from those previously given.
We regret that we cannot process anyone without those details.
 
NOTES

 Deceased Player: You can only use this function for deceased players. Under no circumstances should you use this function to "delete" or "remove" or "cancel" anyone else from your reports.

Home Members: These can only be removed from your registers upon death, or when cancelled.
The cancellations can only be done once a year, between February 15th and March 31st, as follows:
      1) by using the Membership Declaration forms (supplied by the Centre in mid-February), or
      2) by using the electronic Membership Cancellation forms (on our web site from February 15th), or
      3) by using NAT4WIN to generate a list of cancellations for email transmission (but only between
           February 15th and March 31st).
Home members are automatically added to your various registers, reports and printouts.

Non-Home Members: Anyone earning points at your club, will be included in your next reports, but all non-home members will disappear from your subsequent reports, unless you have previously added them by using the ADD function below.
Conversely, any non-home member may be removed from your reports at any time, by using the REMOVE function below.
