Guide to completing the table below:
QYY: quarter=1-digit, year=2 digits e.g. 202
Ref Code: 3-characters for Congress, State & National events
e.g. PKL, 4-digits for club events e.g. 2028
Deduct from & Add to ABF Number e.g. 123456 (if one is unknown, leave blank)
Gold & Red & Green: Points with 2-decimals e.g. 8.32 or 0.05 (if 0.00, leave blank)

NOTE 1: You cannot use this form to add points to an event. It can only be used to transfer already allocated points from one player to another (in which case the additions and the deductions must balance) or to delete wrongly allocated points (such points are automatically transferred to a special "holding" number so that they can later be claimed by their rightful owner).
For missing gold point events, contact the gold point co-ordinator.
For missing red points for congress and state events contact your state mp secretary.
For missing green club points, simply add the points to your next submission.

NOTE 2: You cannot deduct or transfer  points from any given quarter unless an equal or greater number of points of the same type has already been credited to the player in that same quarter (e.g. you cannot deduct, say, 5 green points from someone who had only been allocated 3 green points for that quarter)
