To complete the form:

1. select the colour of the points you wish to enter.
2. if submitting red points, enter the authorization numbers.
3. type your 4-digit club number where indicated,
4. enter the ABF numbers in the ABF column and the awards in the coloured boxes next to the ABF numbers. Do not enter the decimal points. (e.g. enter 1.23 as 123, 0.50 as 50 and 0.05 as 5). Use the Enter key (or Tab key) to move down to the next ABF number and result.
5. when finished entering the awards, click on the "Get names" button and wait until the players' names appear on the screen.
6. correct any invalid ABF numbers and click on the "Get names" button again.
7. fill in your Name and Email address in the boxes provided.
8. check that the total points (in the "Total MPs" box) agree with what you expect.
9. click on the Submit button to forward a masterpoint file to the Masterpoint Centre, with a copy to the email address you entered in the email box.
